Hindu woman raped by Muslim man who lured her with false job offer

A 21-year-old Hindu woman from the Amroha district, Uttar Pradesh, was lured with a false job offer by a Muslim man named Salim. She was raped and issued death threats by the accused. During the journey, he began molesting her, and when she protested, he became aggressive, threatening to kill her. He then drove to a secluded area, where he raped her. Despite her attempts to resist, she was overpowered. After the assault, Salim abandoned her at a crossroads and fled from the spot. The woman went to the police station and filed a complaint against Salim, demanding strict action. Based on her statement, the police registered an FIR against him under Sections 74, 351(3), and 64(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Authorities launched an investigation and began taking necessary actions against the accused.
