Jaafar sexually exploited the girl and recorded an obscene video of her. He then began forcing her to visit his friend Murdushah’s home for sexual relations. Both Muslim men sought to exploit the Hindu victim. The girl was sexually exploited by both the accused for a period of three years. On 28th June 2025, the accused, Jaafar, again demanded that the Hindu girl come to Murdushah's house. When the victim refused, he threatened to make an obscene video of her go viral. Deeply troubled by these threats, the victim confided in her family and contacted the Bajrang Dal for help. Hindu activists devised a plan and asked the girl to call Jaafar to the Premchhaya premises. Jaafar arrived with his friend Murdushah, where the activists were already present. The Hindu activists apprehended both the accused and thrashed them. The activists found obscene chats on the accused’s mobile phone. Jaafar had been persistently messaging the minor girl to visit his friend’s house. Members of the Hindu organisation also found other obscene material on the accused Jaafar's phone. Both men were apprehended by Hindu organisation members and handed over to the police. Anila Parashar, TI of Dewas Gate Police Station, stated that an investigation would be conducted and both accused would be dealt with according to the law.
