In Rampur’s Bilaspur area, a Hindu girl was lured into a relationship by a Muslim man named Mustakim alias Zeeshan, who pretended to be a Hindu to gain her trust. He leaked her obscene videos online after his deceit was exposed. According to the complaint, the Muslim accused, a resident of Hamidabad village, befriended the victim by introducing himself as a Hindu man. When the victim later discovered the accused's real identity and that he was Muslim, she opposed the relationship and demanded police action against him.
