Case Summary

One day, the accused took her to a café in Shivganj, where he mixed her drinks with intoxicants and took her to a guest house. She was raped, and her obscene videos were recorded by the accused in an attempt to intimidate her. The accused threatened to make these obscene videos viral and declared, "I have made the film, now you are completely mine." Based on these videos, she was repeatedly blackmailed for further sexual exploitation under the threat of exposure. The victim stated that the accused Mobin Khan and his accomplice Mohin Khan subjected her to continuous mental and physical torture, including threats and coercion. Furthermore, the accused also pressured her to convert to Islam. She was forcibly taken by car to Ajmer Dargah and subjected to psychological pressure, including acts of black magic, in an effort to push her towards conversion.
