According to reports, the Muslim accused, a resident of Nagar Panchayat Dhakiya, had been in contact with the victim and was talking on the phone for a long time. During this time, he lured and blackmailed her and obtained objectionable photos of her. He then started pressuring her for Nikah by blackmailing her through those photos. He began threatening to make them viral if she refused to marry him. The victim initially tried to conceal the matter, but when the threat of forced marriage intensified, she confided in her family. Distressed by the situation, she lodged a complaint with the police against the accused and his family members, seeking action.
