She stated that the Muslim accused, Aman Khan, would sexually molest her and frequently touch her inappropriately during training sessions. When she resisted his advances and refused to comply, he verbally abused her and threatened to have her fired. Furthermore, the Hindu girl also revealed that the accused used to introduce himself to female gym members as a Hindu man named Aman Raj. He would gradually engage them in conversations about Islam, promoting conversion under the guise of friendly interactions. She stated that several other women had previously left their jobs or stopped attending the gym out of fear due to his conduct. The victim, along with the members of the Hindu organisation, went to the police station to register a complaint. The Hindu organisation demanded immediate action against both Aman Khan and the gym management, stating that it was implausible for the gym owner not to be aware of such misconduct.
