In Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, a Dalit Hindu girl was lured, deceived, and raped multiple times by a Muslim man named Mohammad Mehtab. The Muslim accused, a resident of Mohalla Bhatan in Bijnor, befriended the Hindu girl by pretending to be a Hindu man.
