Case Summary

An Indian YouTuber Shubham went to Palestine where a man asked about his religion and forced him to eat beef, when Shubham refused, the Islamist hurled insults at him. In his YouTube video, the travel blogger ‘Nomad Shubham’ narrated the ordeal. He stated that a Gaza resident was forcing him to try “beef” and when he declined, the man told him, “You are stupid”.

Why it is Hate Crime ?
