According to reports, about nine years ago, the accused lured and abducted the minor victim from the Khajrana area in Indore. The accused held her captive and took her to various locations, including Dewas, Dhamnod, Manawar, and Kukshi, and brutally assaulted her. The victim remained untraceable until the accused attempted to kill her. Fearing for her life, the victim fled with her children and reached Indore. Members of Bajrang Dal (a Hindu organisation), including Praveen Darekar, Vijay Patel, and Lucky Raghuvanshi, stepped in to help the victim file a complaint. Hindu activists such as Raghuveer Gurjar, Rakesh Chauhan, and Akshay Singh spoke with her and secured her safety, while she recounted her ordeal.
