Minor Hindu girl commits suicide after abduction by Muslim youth

In Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, a minor Hindu girl committed suicide after being kidnapped by a Muslim man named Chand Mohammad. According to the reports, the Muslim man lured and kidnapped the minor Hindu girl and took her to Kashipur in Uttarakhand on the night of June 28, 2025. After which, the victim's mother filed a police complaint, resulting in swift action from the police. The minor girl was rescued, and the Muslim accused was arrested by the police promptly. However, the trauma of the incident left a severe psychological impact on the girl. On July 4, 2025, she committed suicide at her house in Bangla village, on Char Khamba Road. Upon receiving the information, the police reached the spot and sent the body for a post-mortem. No suicide note was found at the scene.
