Hindu woman gangraped for a year, blackmailed through obscene photos and videos by Muslim men

Case Summary
A Hindu was gang-raped by a group of Muslims and her obscene photographs were taken to blackmail the victim. The accused were identified as Ashraf Ali alias Ashraf Lala, Sanvir Mohammed Neelgar, Shahrukh Khan alias Bablu Rangrez, Soheb Sheikh, Khalid alias Dulha, Amir Khan Pathan, Soyabnoor Mohammed Mansoori alias Shoyam, and Faizan Gauri Mansoori. In March 2024, the Hindu woman went to a cafe to meet her friend Ashraf Ali. He made her drink intoxicants. He along with his friend Shahrukh took her to a room in the cafe and raped her. They clicked her obscene photos and used these pictures to blackmail the victim on multiple occasions and continuously raped her. Ashraf Ali shared her private photos and videos with his friends and they blackmailed her and raped her many times. Ashraf's friends Amir and Shoaib forced the Hindu woman to introduce more women to them. On 1st January 2025, the accused, Sanvir, called her to a cafe and forcefully had unnatural sexual intercourse with her. On 1st March 2025, Amir called the Hindu woman to a park and asked her to introduce him to more women. He misbehaved with her. The victim refused Amir's advances and started shouting, and she ran away to her home and narrated her ordeal to her family. She filed a police complaint and registered a case against the accused for criminal conspiracy, rape and blackmailing the Hindu woman, committing unnatural acts, and physically and mentally torturing the Hindu victim. All the accused were arrested by the police.
