Minor Hindu girl first harassed and then assaulted by Muslim youth in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh

A minor Hindu girl from Kutubpur village under Mirapur police station in Muzaffarnagar district was harassed by a Muslim youth from the same village who molested her about a week earlier from the publication of the report. Despite the settlement, on 4th October 2025, the same youth intruded into the victim's home and beat her severely, leaving her seriously injured. She remained hospitalised for two days, undergoing treatment. Swami Yashveer Maharaj, Peethadheeshwar of Yog Sadhana Yashveer Ashram in Muzaffarnagar, reacted strongly, accusing the police administration of inaction. He stated that even after two days of the assault, Mirapur police had not registered the minor Hindu girl's complaint, noting continuous attacks on Hindus in the area without justice. He warned that if police failed to register the case and send the accused to jail immediately, he would sit on a dharna outside the accused's house with the poor Hindu family. He clarified that gangsterism and jihadi mentality would not be tolerated at any cost. Residents of the area expressed widespread outrage, with everyone demanding justice for the victim's family.
