A fight broke out between Hindus and Muslims during the Urs fair in Sirauli, involving abusive language. The incident took place on January 11, 2025, when three Muslim youths, Suhail, Shahnawaz, and Ayan, along with two unknown individuals, approached Anil, a Hindu vendor selling pakodas, and began to abuse him. Anil objected, which led to a heated argument and eventually escalated into a physical altercation. Later that evening, Anil filed a complaint with the police. Inspector Prayagraj Singh confirmed that a report had been filed.
