On 23 October 2025, the accused's sister and his friend lured the victim to a house, where the accused was already present. The accused then took the victim to a room where he raped the minor girl. The accused also threatened the victim that he would kill her and her family if she decided to tell anyone about the incident. The next day, the police arrested the accused. However, soon after, the accused’s mother, sister, and friend visited the victim and intimidated her into giving a statement in his favour, forcing her to claim that the accused had not taken her anywhere and that she had gone on her own.
