After raping her, the accused revealed that his real name was Niaz Ahmed and that he was a Muslim. Subsequently, he began pressuring her to convert to Islam and perform nikah with him. When she refused, he threatened to make the video viral. Distressed by the fear and threats, the victim filed a complaint at the Kalyanpur police station. Following her report, the police arrested Niaz Ahmed and sent him to jail. The victim underwent a medical examination, and the police began further investigation into the case.
