She further stated that Fardeen had repeatedly sexually exploited her daughter and that the victim was trapped in a relationship. She also stated that the obscene videos were used to exert further control over the girl. Members of the Hindu organisation raised serious questions about how a 16-year-old minor was permitted to enter the hotel, particularly when hotel entry is prohibited for persons below 18 years of age. They questioned how the hotel management allowed the minor to enter, whether her identity was verified and who had booked the room for the Muslim man and the minor.
