Police catch cow smuggler, his accomplice flees during encounter

The police in Hafizganj caught a wanted criminal, Kamil, during an encounter, while his accomplice, Salim, escaped after firing at the police. Kamil and his accomplices are involved in cow slaughter activities, including a recent incident in Bijamou village.
