Faizal harasses Hindu girl to convert to Islam and marry him, threatens of creating obscene AI-generated images

Case Summary
In the Bhojipura police station area, Bareilly, a Hindu college student received threats from Faizal and Ameen to convert to Islam and perform Nikah. Reportedly, an obscene video of the student was created using an AI tool. She also received pornographic films on her WhatsApp number. On May 7, an unidentified number had sent a "Hi" message to the girl's WhatsApp. When she did not respond, the sender called and tried to force a conversation. “Convert to Islam. I will always keep you happy,” he said, causing the girl to disconnect the call. Later, on May 19, the victim received another message from the same number, and when she asked for identification, the caller initiated a video call. Faizal began sending her obscene texts and blue films when she did not pick up. He further hurled abuses, threatened to abduct the girl from her home and kill her when she asked him not to send such messages. The accused threatened to use an AI tool to create obscene photos and videos using the girl's display picture. Hearing this, the victim blocked the number and informed her family. When the accused Faizal was identified, the victim’s father went to his house to confront him where he met Faizal’s father, Ameen. Instead of acknowledging his son’s offence, Ameen began mistreating the girl’s father and issuing death threats. Faizal and his father both are mentioned in the FIR which was filed on May 20. The victim requested severe action against the duo.
