Muslim youths trap more than 30 Hindu girls by disguising as Hindus

In Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, two Muslim youths, Naushad and Aman, were caught attempting to trap two Hindu girls by using the false identities of Raj and Rahul. The incident occurred in the Izzatnagar area on September 18, 2024, when the girls interacted with the boys in Karmachari Nagar. Members of a Hindu organization, suspicious of the boys' behaviour, approached them and asked for their names. The boys provided Hindu names, which heightened the suspicions of the group. Upon checking their mobile phones, the truth was revealed. Both youths belonged to the Muslim community and had numerous inappropriate images and chats with various girls. The Hindu organization members became angry and beat the boys before informing the police, who subsequently took them into custody. As investigations unfolded, it was discovered that Naushad and Aman had created multiple fake social media profiles using Hindu names like Rahul, Suresh, and Satish to contact around 30 Hindu women. They recorded obscene videos during video calls with these women, blackmailing them for money to avoid defamation. The police found eight fake Aadhaar cards with different identities and uncovered two mobile phones with evidence of their illicit activities. The police arrested the youths and charged them under multiple sections of the BNS and the IT Act.
